Draft for review. This policy is a working draft and will be finalised by Archi Vogue before launch. Bracketed items are placeholders.
Files are digital
All Archi Vogue plans are delivered as digital files (for example PDF and, where stated, CAD/DWG). There is no physical shipping unless specifically stated for a product or service.
When files are released
Files are released only after your payment has been successfully verified by our server with the payment provider. Returning to the website after payment does not by itself release files.
How to access your files
Your files appear under My Account › Downloads. Downloads are tied to your account and order. If you checked out as a guest, we create an account for you and email a link to set your password.
Download limits
Download links may be subject to limits or expiry where configured. If you need help accessing files, contact us.
License restrictions apply
Use of downloaded files is subject to the Plan License.
