1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Archi Vogue website and the purchase of digital house plans and related services. 2. Nature of the products
Archi Vogue sells digital architectural house plans and drawing packages. Each plan page and package description sets out exactly what is included. Plans are design documents intended as a starting point for a residential project.
Unless a package explicitly states otherwise, plans do not include structural design, mechanical, electrical or plumbing (MEP) design, soil investigation, site survey, authority submission or fees, site supervision, engineering, or construction certification. Plans are not represented as approved by any authority or as ready for construction on any particular site.
3. Licensing
When you purchase a plan you receive a license to use it — you do not acquire ownership of the design or its copyright. The standard license is a single-project license, described in the Plan License, which forms part of these terms.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Purchased files are linked to your account and order.
5. Pricing and payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Archi Vogue does not store card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been verified by our systems.
6. Digital delivery
Files are delivered digitally through your account after successful payment verification. See the Digital Delivery Policy.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Because plans are digital products that become available immediately after payment verification, refunds are governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy.
8. Customization and bespoke services
Customization requests are assessed individually and quoted separately. Work begins only after a quotation is accepted. Bespoke architectural services through BHSP Architects are subject to a separate agreement.
9. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or upload purchased files to public libraries or file-sharing services, sell modified versions, or use a plan for additional projects without obtaining additional rights. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls or misuse the website.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Archi Vogue is not liable for losses arising from the use of plans on a specific site without appropriate professional review, from construction carried out using the plans, or from indirect or consequential loss. 11. Termination
