Every plan lists its exact plot width and depth in feet. Start by browsing plans for your exact dimensions, or use the Plan Finder, which scores plans against your plot, bedrooms, floors and priority spaces.

AV Essential covers floor plans, dimensions, furniture layout and an area statement. AV Complete adds elevations, sections, roof plan, schedules and the associated drawing set. AV Signature adds selected exterior and interior visualisations. Each plan page lists the exact inclusions for that plan.

Where guest checkout is enabled, yes. We automatically create an account linked to your order so your files remain protected, and email you a link to set a password.

Each plan in your cart represents one license with one selected package. You can change the package in the cart before checkout.

Files become available in My Account › Downloads as soon as your payment has been verified by our server with the payment provider. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Each package lists its file formats, typically PDF and, where stated, CAD/DWG. We never show an item unless it is actually included in the package.

The standard license covers one residential project on one site. Building the same design on another site requires an additional license.

Yes — for the single licensed project only. Redistribution, resale or uploading to public libraries is not permitted.

Often, yes. Submit a customization request describing the plan and the changes you need. Requests are assessed for feasibility and quoted separately before any work begins.

It depends on the scope. Your quotation will include an estimated timeline.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on the payment provider configured for your region.

Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider. Archi Vogue never stores your card details, and orders are only confirmed after server-side verification of the payment.

Plans are digital products released immediately after payment verification. Please read our Refund / Cancellation Policy for the current rules and the situations where we can help.

Plans are an architectural starting point. Unless your package explicitly includes them, structural design, MEP design, soil investigation, authority approval and site supervision are not included and must be arranged with qualified professionals for your site.

No plan is represented as authority-approved. Building byelaws differ by location, and your design must be reviewed and submitted for approval for your specific site.

Yes. Everything is delivered digitally to your account, and you can share the files with your local professionals for the licensed project.
