Review specifications, compare up to four plans side by side, or let the Plan Finder narrow things down.

Choose your package
Select AV Essential, AV Complete or AV Signature based on the drawings and formats you need.

Purchase securely
Check out, accept the Terms & Conditions and the plan license, and pay through a secure payment provider.
- 05
Receive your files
Once your payment is verified by our server, your files and license appear in your account and you receive a confirmation email.
- 06
Customize if needed
If the plan is almost right, submit a customization request. Changes are assessed and quoted separately.
- 07
Go bespoke if needed
For a completely site-specific design, we can route your project to BHSP Architects.
Before you build
Ready-made plans are a design starting point. Every site is different, and building regulations, byelaws and authority requirements vary by location. Your actual site conditions, applicable regulations, structural engineering, services (MEP) and authority approvals must be addressed by appropriately qualified professionals before construction. Unless a package explicitly states otherwise, plans do not include structural design, MEP design, soil investigation, authority submission or site supervision.
